Appointments are highly recommended to secure your preferred time and artist. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but we can’t guarantee immediate service.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to respect the time set aside for your appointment.
Please let us know ASAP if you’ll be late. We typically hold your time slot for up to 10–15 minutes—after that, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.
Yes, hair is included with your service. You’ll be able to choose your preferred color when booking.
For new clients or group bookings, we may request a small deposit when booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time.
A full set typically lasts 6–8 weeks, depending on how well you care for them. We recommend scheduling a fill-in every 2–3 weeks to maintain your look
Maintain your nails by:
Applying cuticle oil daily
Avoiding harsh chemicals and prolonged water exposure (wear gloves when cleaning)
Treating them gently and booking regular fill appointments every 2–3 weeks
Speak up during your appointment—most issues can be fixed right away. If needed, return within 24–48 hours and we’ll happily correct it
